Took my son on a vacation, and my son could not sleep the first night because of the fire alarm going off, next morning same situation the fire alarm when off like 8 times in a day around 1:30 pm next morning putting my son for nap time, again with the fire alarm , my son said daddy let’s go home so I can finally sleep. That’s exactly what I did, they did not apologize for my 5year old son! We didn’t even stay 24 hours and they didn’t even offer us anything, not even a refund.

Good: You could do something everyday on site. If you needed a replacement item for in the room they would bring it within the hour. There was ice cream on site and Starbucks! Plenty of pools to choose from. Wall Mart is within 3 min drive of where we were staying in P building. NOT Good: I choose there because of the water park but you have to pay $25 per person daily to go in!!!! The market on site did not have hardly any groceries, more gift shop.

Check in is 4. Water park closes at 6 so first day is a waste. Only 4 out of 13 pools available the second day limited restaurants open on facility. Prices at market were double or triple the price at Walmart - Right across the street. Nothing really open -no more Warm cookie and water at check in. Time to try some other options

One of my favorite spots in Florida to stay! Walmart is across the street walking distance. Technically do not need a rental. Everything is located on the property or you can just get it at the Walmart.

The definition of Villa and hotel room. I thought I paid for a Villa; however, it was a very small hote room. There was no power through the nightstand, wakiing up to a dead phone in the am was pleasant. Attempted to plug the nightstand in - no way to pull it away from the wall to do so. This included the phone. It was a nice feature to look at - no power, no phone outlet. We were so far from the feature (main pools) that we just utilized the pool at our building. Baking pan - no stove. It was a very nice place, reminiscent of the Villages, with everything at your fingertips; I was just disappointed in the location and the Unthoughtfulness of our room.

Me gusto la instalacion y todas las opciones que tienes en el. Lo que no me gusto es que la habitacion que compre tenia jacuzzi y la que me dieron no. Ademas que el parque de agua no esta incluido dentro de lo que pagas por el Hotel. No vi ningun email o notificacion en el sistema de espedia señalando esto por lo que para mi fue sorpresa.
