The room was well kept. The staff were kind and helpful. The underground walkway connects right into the hotel. Conveniently located within 5 min walk to the train station underground

Courteous staff, very well kept, excellent price and location

This is definitely our favourite hotel in Sapporo. Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, excellent location. You just can’t get better. Rooms are extremely comfortable, with good bedding, and all required amenities. When the room heating gets too hot in winter, you can get staff to open the window slightly. This is extremely helpful. We’ve now stayed here twice, and will return again.

A great choice of hotel in Otaru. Great location, right on the main tourist street in the town. Excellent modern property with a cultural and historical twist. Very good breakfast with both Japanese and western options. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again if visiting Otaru again.
