Compare Romantic Hotels in Otrobanda

Food was okay, could have been better. The staff was super nice. Property is in need of repairs, first day door did not lock or close property because of loose handle and i didn't realize til the next day. Balcony missing screws. Dead bird in area near bar left for a while.

Hotel is good

Well kept property in a faboulous location. Pristine waters and great beach. Food was generally very good at the buffet. Specialty restaurants good, except the Italian. Staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping kept our room very clean, however getting required towels seemed to be a challenge. On the opposite, beach towels were plenty and you could take more than one per person. One real negative was the docking of an huge oil tanker that blocked the view to the ocean. It stayed there for three days. Cruise ships also dock by the resort, however they usually dock further ahead and do not block the view. At the right price, this resort offers very good value and a very relaxing vacation. I would visit again.

10/10 would recommend. We stayed at the Hilton mangrove for vacation and our flight got delayed so we booked at the Marriott and we were so glad we did. The location was better. The staff was way friendlier. The resort was stunning and I wish we had vacation here the whole time.

La habitación es grande y tiene cocina. La ubicación es excelente y cerca de lugares muy bonitos para caminar y comer. El hotel es viejo y le falta mucho mantenimiento. Las paredes sucias, muebles viejos, colchón muy viejo y cedido, utensilios de cocina viejos y sucios. Una lástima porque el hotel tiene mucho potencial. Desayuno simple pero rico.

Good hotel, friendly staff and in a safe walkable area. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable though, but otherwise it’s a great hotel.
