Room was newly renovated and clean. We were on the first floor with a patio door. The bed and pillows were perfect. Highly recommend!

I had to switch 5 rooms before we got one that wasn’t disgusting. And there also no elevator so sucks for you if you have a room on the second floor and heavy luggage. No soap, the washroom smelled like urine, the rooms smelled like mold, one room was completely dirty like no house keeping went in there. That was atrocious. The area also felt very unsafe.

Great renovated room, great staff, convinient vreakfast and location. I recomend better cleaning jobs, maybe housekeeper should wear a hair net while cleaning. Also the noise level fron roon to room can be a bit loud dependibg in your neighbors.

For $175 a night it was a most unpleasant experience…. We travel over 12 to 15 nights a year. This was the worst ever… following is my story… We checked in at around 2 PM.. The parking lot was empty.. There are no elevators.. the attendant gave us a room on the second floor.. I pointed out to him that my wife is handicap and can hardly walk… never mind going up the steep stair.. I have travel all over the world. I know it is very easy for the clerk to make the changes… But he refused to give us a room on the first floor.. Too much paperwork for him… I knew the hotel was full of young people for hockey tournaments in the region… I pointed this out to the clerk telling him that they wouldn’t care if they were on the first or second floor… He still refuse to do anything?… He was very inconsiderate and very rude.. We are a senior couple over 80 years old.. Also, the breakfast room is much too small.. We had to wait in line at every station.. The food was cold.. many food items were emptied.. No tables are available.. the juice machine dispenser was broken… overall breakfast was a terrible experience…. The room was OK but very small… they accept dogs.. That’s OK.. But the big dog near our room kept falling all night.. And at 6:30 in the morning was barking.. As I mentioned before… for $175 a night…. It was a terrible experience…

It has recently been renovated, everything is excellent and very clean. The location is quiet. The bed and pillows are super comfortable, easy parking, good breakfast. I highly recommend it and will come again.
