Kiosk was broken. Lobby phone broken. No staff at the front desk had to call the hotel to get staff. Smelled of marijuana. No coffee pot in the room or at the hotel. Tv remote broken.

Staff was friendly.

This is one of our favorite places to stay in Lansing. The staff is always very kind and approachable and you can tell they work really hard to make it a great experience for their customers. Only downside is the charge for parking, since there is certainly no shortage in the area, because it isn't in a densely populated area and you can only get there by car. Just another way for the property owners to nickel and dime customers.

Faux wood floors instead of carpet means you hear every step someone makes above you.

We showed up a little late and the staff was very helpful to check us in and get us parked. Very good location close to MSU.
