Huge resort. But they honored my request to be near pool for my MS. It said the pool was heated and I was so looking forward to it, but it was far too cold. Did enjoy the hottub. Very crowded with not enough chairs for people. The on site places are way too expensive so we got our own food unfortunately. Loud with slamming doors. But room was nice. Maid super kind to help with bath stuff. She needs a promotion. Loved our patio. And the view is awesome. Front desk guy great too.

The property is beautiful And the views amazing. Although there were a few dining options it was difficult to get in as they were very crowded and short staffed. The staff that was there were doing their best but still fell short on service. Would stay for the view and pools but would make reservations in advance if you intend to eat at the hotel.

Next to lake Powell, wonderful view from the balcony. Rooms are clean and pleasant. Standout against other lodging options in Page, most of which are hotel chains with no characters. One small issue is laundry is off-site at the near by camping ground general store.

The furniture was very scratched and worn looking. It wouldn't take much for them to just polish the furniture properly and update the rooms.

This property was disappointing. We were staying for two nights. Called to say we would arrive late around eight due to previous reviews we read suggesting this. When we arrived - the line in the lobby to check in was LONG. Everyone was told there was an issue and check in wasn't available. It was 8pm. Next day - same thing for those guests. That’s too much. It wasn’t a one off - and I feel bad for those at the front desks - it was a lack of training of the staff on how to handle these situations. Next day - the breakfast stop was behind and ran out. Angry customers. We left and went into town. Room - dated. Very sad and dated. View is amazing. But room is tan and sad with limited design. It’s sad. We stayed in the exact replica in terms of size at Grand Canyon. Style made the difference. Much nicer and bright. Lots of on-site restaurants were not open till May. Even though it was packed. Only hotel shining light - restaurant right by the check in that is NOT the “you just reserve” restaurant. Staff was lovely. I would stay another night in Kenab and just drive to Page sites if we were to redo our itinerary. Hope this helps!

Beautiful location. Clean, comfortable rooms. The hot water went out in our building during the night. It was fixed just prior to us checking out but the desk would not comment on comping us for it.

Beautiful Setting

This is a beautiful setting right on Lake Powell. The property is beautiful with areas to sit outside and take in the mountains and lake. 2 restaurants and coffee cafe are off the lobby. We upgraded to 2nd floor room and the view was stunning sitting on the patio. Bed was comfortable, tv o ly has a few channels that worked. Bathroom was stocked with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion dispensers. Sink and cabinet is dated, but worked as expected. Great restaurant options in Page, as well as things to do and see nearby. Could easily stay here a week, and highly recommend.
