Alas,, this is a totally charmless, baracks-like place. Truly, I am not a very picky person, but this has little going for it. In addition, we were there in December when the pools were closed; all the various "resort" extras were closed for winter. Understandably. But I'll never understand why we were then charged $16.02 for a "resort" fee.

I was very disappointed with the hidden fees at this property. After arriving, I had to pay an additional $30 entrance fee just to enter Glen Canyon and another $16 amenities/resort fee at check-in — none of which was clearly mentioned during booking. This made the actual cost much higher than what was shown on Expedia. For the price, the overall value didn’t match the experience, and the resort should be more transparent about all mandatory charges upfront.

Decent sized room . Very clean . Having a microwave would help things as restaurants shut down really early . The housekeeping is a bit weird . They forgot to replace the shower curtains and the coffee cups . The front desk was really unhelpful . Twice I couldn’t find it manned and had to call out loudly for abit 5-10 mins before someone strolled in from the back . The room phones didnot work and on complaint they were not fixed . The resort location is great as is the surrounding . Great place for a night or two . Need better service though

We had a great stay here, even extended it by another night. Staff were all lovely, nice clean comfortable room. Good food and service. The place is kept very nicely. Saw on herd coyote from our balcony along with roadrunners, just not at the same time! The views alone should make this your choice for Page
