Fantastic hotel near the airport. Cool design with plenty of outdoor spaces. Wonderful buffet breakfast with the option to eat outside. Many fresh fruits and local fare. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and nice bedding. Staff was friendly. Quiet and we were able to rest well. 10/10.

While the standard of the hotel in terms of facilities is 4 star, a number of areas (eg lobby and bathroom) were showing signs of wear. The location of the hotel - 5 minutes or so from the airport - is convenient, and as you might expect, the setting is light industrial. This means that the view from the Terrace Bar was nothing to write home about. Breakfast was available and quite good, also evening dining. The price of alcohol (spirits) was exorbitant (1 drink constituted more than a third of the cost of my evening meal). Staff seemed helpful enough. The shuttle was efficient (although finding it, based on the instructions provided in Spanish by the hotel) was something of a challenge. The driving of the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was poor - dangerous and aggressive. I had booked a room with a king bed and got only a double. Supposedly the rooms are sound proofed - not so - a number of times I heard people in the corridor, including the cleaners at 8 AM. The aircon was set at 22 degrees but adjusted itself during the night to 17. Overall, given the price paid, I expected more.

I stayed at this hotel for one-night and it was perfect! I loved the outdoor pool and renovated rooms. The walls are a bit thin as I could hear people from the hallways. Would recommend!

Excellent stay overall. Following points to highlight: - Check in was very smooth, efficient and staff were friendly - Hotel room was absolutely beautiful, so comfortable, clean and fresh - Hotel Bar was very comfortable with lovely views, all furniture was in excellent condition and again staff friendly - Breakfast was good. Limited offering with hot food but food served was good Overall, 10/10. Great value for the quality and standard offered

Pool area was filled with garbage, broken glass on the floor by the bar, no ice machine available (had to wait for 5 minutes at bar), shower water temperature fluctuated from very hot to very cold no matter what temperature it was set at, lobby has poor lighting, half of the elevators wouldn’t work for us, couldn’t connect to the tv to screen share.

Clean and tidy on the inside. I arrived late and left early so I did not spend any time outdoors. From what I saw out my window there were areas landscaped with small rocks that looked in need of weeding.
