Staff super friendly, arranged transfer early on morning of checkout. Room was noisier than anticipated from cars on roads outside which explains the provided ear plugs on the bedside cabinet. Photo of hotel on website a little misleading but was clean and well located

They took the time to explain to us amenities of the local area including “must see” and dining options. The hotel is 1 block away from all the action and a 3 minute walk to the bus to the Palermo Airport. If you are going on a Cruise, the hotel is a few blocks away so you can actually walk with your luggage. No need for a taxi

It was a very nice boutique style hotel. The front desk and all the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Everything we did was within walking distance. It's in a great area of Palermo.
