Staff was very nice. Rooms need light! So dark. Couldn’t see the knobs on the microwave so I had to use phone light. My room was not cleaned well. Crumbs left on a very uncomfortable sofa. Coffee table not clean. Great location and good coffee in lobby

Staff was great very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Now onto the room the bed was terrible hard no cushioning whatsoever so painful to sleep on! The AC was so loud and didn’t even cool off the room it was humid and stuffy the entire time the carpet was disgustingly filthy my feet were dirty from walking around the room. Definitely we won’t be staying here again I can’t imagine in the Summer staying here suffocating in a hot humid room with a concrete bed!

The room is older but very clean. The staff especially the bfast buffet staff were very gracious. The cleaning staff abd front desk were also great. Near many food places. You can walk to them although be careful crossing the streets. These folks drive fast and feels like theyve never seen a pedestrian before

This was one of the nicest Holiday Inns I’ve ever stayed in! The staff was nice, the room was large and clean and updated. And the price was great! Could t be more pleased. My only beef is that the bathroom light and fan are connected so the fan does t stop running. Small and picky I know!

Staff was so nice & helpful. Everything was so great. Clean, plenty of hot water. I will just note a few things that could be improved upon. The bed. The most important element for me. Too hard. Needs a soft cushion top. It felt like a cheap spring mattress with no foam cushion topper. Pillows were nice & great that 2 different types were offered in order to find your comfort style. The second thing was tv. Just local channels that provide 10 commercials to every 5 mins of the show. Super annoying. Ive stayed in hotels that has apps so that you can sign into your own accts such as Netflix, prime, fubo. I stayed there because I had surgery so the bed & tv was all that i needed but that didnt work out well for me. I in fact went home a day early due to this issue. But price was very good compared to other hotels i priced. Located in a safe place. I never felt i was unsafe
