Bird poop all over lounge chairs at the adult pool

The first room assigned to us had nothing but dirt right off of the patio and the view was of a riverbed full of dead grass. We requested a move and they did accommodate us. It was much better with a great view of the property. The only issue is they didn't have an elevator and did not offer bell service, so we had to drag everything upstairs in the heat. The room was very clean and updated. We have stayed at this property numerous times, so we were quite shocked to see that the price of a 60 minute massage was OVER $250!!! That is ridiculous. Also, we went to the adult pool and the majority of chairs had bird crap all over them. There is absolutely no excuse for this when you're charging people almost $400 per night!

The staff was nice. Restaurant was good but service was not great. I don’t usually comment, but I feel like I have to share my poor experience, as I don’t believe the prior comments are representative of this Hotel and how dirty it was. Brief examples- I gave my daughter a shower, and 5 minutes later her feet were BLACK from walking in the room. The towels had hair and some gunk in them. The water from the sink had a rusty, dark color to it. I had to wash items with bottled water. The couches were covered in massive stains, so bad I asked for extra bedsheets to cover them just to sit down. Mind you, I upgraded to their “presidential suite”. It was a disaster and I had to cut our trip short.
