This hotel used to be really nice, not sure what happened. It seems to be grossly mismanaged and neglected in a sense of room condition, not existing service to poor food quality and constant mistakes with entry orders. We had planned a romantic stay with my wife that turned into a dreadful experience that we couldn’t wait to be over. Glad we didn’t book for more nights and was able to switch hotels. This used to be one of our favorite boutique hotels in the area. What a shame, we’re bummed :(

The property is lovely. It’s walkable to some amazing places and the rooms are extremely comfortable. I’d recommend eating at a different restaurant, Azucar’s is okay but not on par with the rest of the environment. I found the staff friendly and accommodating. 4 out of 5 stars.

I was only here for one night in a spa suite #15. Beautiful place - well lit, safe and the spa and fire pit were highlights. However, after I reviewed online comments this place is half what it used to be. No more tequila or wine waiting for you. No bfast basket. The staff were…off putting. Shower leaked all night. My front porch light didn’t work. It’s starting to show its age. Luxury…maybe. But no longer worth the amount charged. Won’t be back.

Property is gorgeous.. new ownership is cheap with towels, it’s a five star property and have old shredded towels and no slippers. There going cheap on things that they shouldn’t on a luxury hotel.
