A lovely Hotel in the centre of Palma. Rooms were lovely with everything you needed. Breakfast V good with great choice. Very chic decor and 2 pools one on the rooftop. Both providing drinks and snacks. The Hotel needs to Stop guests leaving towels on sun beds preventing other guests using them!

Our 6 day stay was excellent. We had a Classic suite that had a wrap around balcony with amazing views. The suite was large, with a big bed, big corner settee and a large bathroom. All nice and modern - it even had a hidden partition that divided the suite if necessary. The hotel is so well situated and in a very nice part of the town. Lots of good restaurants to walk to - but you need to book (in early June. Weather was excellent and aircon just right. The breakfast was really good with quite a few tables available outside. Facilities all good and stylish inside and outside. 3 pools but really for sunbathing and a dip. Staff all friendly, helpful and well presented. Easily one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

The best location, with a fabulous room and view!

Gorgeous hotel in a great, central location. There's several pools and the one on the top floor/sky bar has the most beautiful views. The rooms have everything you need, including a good, powerful, spacious shower, well lit bathroom (ladies, we know how rare this is!), a comfortable bed and cushions. Again, a beautiful view over the pool and Cathedral. Breakfast had everything you wanted too. I may have had a bellini one morning! All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located just 10 minutes from the port and Cathedral and minutes to shopping and several dining options. We enjoyed watching the vibrant city of Palma from our deck.

I have stayed at this hotel 15 times amd I have never been disappointed. The addition of the new spa & gym has been a good asset, tho the jacuzzi could be warmer!

Great time

We had a great time. The hotel was very well located, had a rooftop with cocktails and nice views of the Cathedral. The facilities were amazing, we loved relaxing in the sauna and pool. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Really impressed by the hotel, it was a very welcoming establishment with good staff and stunning outdoor space. The rooftop pool was chilly but a great asset, the room was clean, large and had a big bed and a very good rainfall shower. On our last day we left our bags, prebooked the shower room for 3pm and then had a great time on the beach. The airport bus goes from just over the road and is 5€ each. I'd stay here again!!
