While close to the highway, our room faced the city and was quiet. Had a balcony which was nice to get fresh air and have a view of the city at night. The only fault i can think of was the tap water temperature was variable and sometimes no cold water came out of the tap.

Our hotel room was clean ,everything worked had a small balcony with view to city Bed was comfy and clean Only negatives just one bed side table and lamp ,there was a drip all night onto room which was annoying

We stayed in three rooms over two stays. It is worth the extra $ to get a Superior Riverview Room. Undercover secure parking was included!

Bed linen and towels spotless. Photographs taken of toilet, bathroom door , bath plug and kettle which were very dirty. The bath was unusable to me as it was very uneven where the enamel was cracked and coming off. Unhygienic and a safety issue. Photograph taken to send to health and safety and head office. The evening receptionist obviously didn't want to be there and I needed to ask her things that would normally be mentioned. I definitely would not use this hotel again.

Not much to like. Very old and dated. Air conditioning did not work on a very hot summer day. Booked and paid through Expedia. At hotel, they took $100 pre authorisation of my credit card. Had to contact my bank over a week later to have returned.

I had different room this time . Wing aspire . Rooms were very clean. Also fresh towels as I requested , hotel staff had no problems supplying them . Need to fix the signage . It was very hard to find room 214 .. went to different elevator and ended up in room 12 or something . Room service was excellent. Food is good . I recommend . It’s safe , clean , easy parking ( also downstairs under cover with gate accessible key ). I love the location, keep going back to that hotel . I tried other hotels ( tribe , etc ) and I always go back to Metro south Perth . It has a bar ( you can buy drinks etc ) also order them to your room what is amazing . I recommend to change the TV in aspire wing to more modern ones . I was looking forward to Netflix etc …
