The hotel need more renovations, its a great location but area around seems a but sketchy. However its next to Cinta Costera so you can always go for a walk. Ill stay at this place again.

The staff were wonderful, attentive and polite. I don’t think this hotel caters to the likes of a visitor for the US. My room did not have a chair to seat on (for the desk in the room) on. Luckily the adjacent room was empty and open and I was able to get a chair. When I wanted to iron my clothes (I expected an iron to be in the room there was not!) I went to the reception to request on and was told there was only one!!! A few minutes later I received it. The internet WiFi for the rooms did not work and I had to go to the swimming pool or lobby for a better connection (which was still slow comparatively). It is recommended that when a visitor from a western country is visiting adjustments. An be made without incurring excess operational costs. From a local perspective this hotel may be adequate but for someone visiting from the US it is not.

My husband had to move rooms 3 times with our toddler. Room 1 WiFi didn’t work, room 2 WiFi ok, but air conditioning not working. Room 3 WiFi working pretty good but air conditioning still not cooling down. Advised to wait 30 mins for it to cool but only warm air blew out. He gave up and suffered for the night. Toilet had poop in it. Just overall terrible experience.

The property was in good location and very convenient. The staff was nice and welcoming. The restaurant was closed and no breakfast was available. The room cooled down very quickly and was comfortable. There were limited bathrooms supplies and no room service for the 4 day stay. Other than that, it was well worth the money. I would recommend it if you plan on being outside for the most of your trip.

We were not allowed to eat in the rooms and as tourists, we’re out all day and would like to just relax and eat in our own comfort rather than having to come outside of the room to eat. Also I shouldn’t have to be begging for housekeeping, I feel like it’s the hotel’s responsibility to clean the room each day. Also we had little to no wifi in our first room. The second room it picked up more but was still so weak.

This place is infested with roaches. There aren’t any microwaves or mini fridges in the rooms. You’re not allowed to bring food in the rooms, you have to eat in the downstairs area which has no a/c.

To start, the photos on Expedia don't look anything like the current ones. The showers don't have glass or curtains, so when you shower, all the water goes into the toilet. The temperature and humidity are quite high, and if you leave the room, the lights and air conditioning go out, and when you return, it takes more than 30 minutes for it to cool down again. You can't bring food or drinks into the room, and they have a restaurant that has been closed for a long time; they only sell alcoholic beverages. To leave or enter the garage, you have to let them know so they can open the garage doors. The garage is designated for small cars, as they won't have enough space to accommodate a larger car. To check in, you have to go up to levels 1-3 and take the stairs with your luggage because the elevator has been closed for those levels. The neighborhood isn't very good after dark, as there are hotels across the street, or by the hour, and hookers are located on the corner offering their services. It's really better to pay a little more and go somewhere better.

Horrible place. First, when we arrived, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working. You can't eat or drink in the rooms, but they don't have a restaurant either. My partner has a 6-year-old daughter, and to visit him at the hotel, he had to pay $25. In six nights, they didn't come by once to clean the room or change the towels. The smell of damp is unbearable and not to mention the gym omg.
