Check dog fee box on VRBO.) 3/15-10/31 we will provide 2 lounge chairs & an umbrella on the beach for guests! Stunning kitchen features quartz countertops & island. Wonderful bath features ceramic tile walk-in shower. Master bedroom has a king bed & 55 inch Smart HDTV. Memory foam sleeper sofa & fold down murphy bed. Distressed plank tile flooring & eclectic coastal décor throughout. Amazing views from your balcony! Walk to Pier Park, Shuckums, Gulf World, Sharkys, Diegos, & the dog beach at Pier Park entrance. Five minute drive to Frank Brown Park for Gulf Coast Jam. Small complex so no elevators or complicated parking. Hot tub, patio, beach shower, & charcoal grills onsite. We also own 2 adjacent units (VRBO 1156050, 2381370) & a first floor unit (3262642).
