I had to change rooms 3 x in one day ! The entire rooms were wet.. floors, bed and furniture... Had a unexpected death and had to leave 3 days early and they would not refund my money.. or my deposit!!! Never again !!!

the only thing i can complain about is the water randomly shutting off without warning or anything, and the ac being broken. other than that, the view is so beautiful and you cannot beat the prices for the room. the pool also has a weird baja blast color, maybe from the beach or rain but it was really weird to see.

No parking, loud music till 2am from senior frog, moisture problem room was dripping from the ceiling and not from the people above us. had to move rooms, could hear the streets all night cause all the door seals are gone. elevator very slow only one, first room smelled like mold second room smells like cigarettes. And the pool you can see the oil and skin particles in the water

Pro - Easy beach access Cons - 1. beware! If you book and pay online you will be asked to pay an additional $50 deposit before they will check you in! Even though they were paid in full prior to arrival. 2. Never received any room service and we were there 3 days. 3. Asked for additional towels and was told they were out but would bring some up to our room. Never received towels 4. Hope you don’t have an emergency and need to get out the balcony door - it gets stuck and bottom handle didn’t even have a working lock 5. Parking! Good luck! The Sharky Restaurant customers are allowed to use the parking lot so it doesn’t matter that you paid for a room if the lot is full you have to park across the street or at another hotel they own. 6. Guest from either Sharkys or hotel who didn’t have a valid handicap parking sticker parked in handicap spots and nothing was done 7. Pool didn’t look like chlorine had been added for days. Was a cloudy shade of green the entire time we stayed. 8. Ice - Be prepared to use their “paid” for ice machine to the tune of $7 per bag. There is no free ice like most hotels offer 9. There is only one rolling cart that is shared among all guest to use so good luck trying to get all your luggage up to your room 10. Hope you don’t need anything after 11 pm because the office is closed until the following morning. I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that offered better customer service than this over priced one. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.
