Excellent hotel. Very attentive and friendly staff. It's a very quiet, clean, and above all, safe place. This was my third time here, and this time I had the unpleasant experience of getting sick, so my husband called the front desk to request an ambulance. The staff on duty immediately arrived and escorted me to my room, where I was immediately assisted. Thank you to the hotel staff for their diligence. The cleaning staff was excellent, and the hotel's breakfast and dinner were very good. Thank you for everything.

I have stayed at the Tryp every time I come to Panama and each time is better. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, rooms are clean, bed are fantastic! The shower is warm enough to bathe. The restaurant is amazing. I only wished they had some music where you can enjoy a few drinks without having to leave the hotel.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We love the area, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our first stay was perfect, but this time we had some issues with the water not heating up (the sink and shower), and there was a lot of noise from people getting off and on the elevator. Overall, this is a great hotel and we will definitely be back.

Double bookings, which in my case happened without my intention, were never checked by your sysyem nor recomfirmed. Your virtual agent said it will be cancelled during the chatting at the hotel checkin process, and it never appeared online. The hotel refused to cancel one of the two, knowing that I cannot sleep in teo rooms at the same time. I have been with Expedia for so long, but I will never do anything eith it and its affiliates. It is an utterly horrible treatment from an online company that says how it attempts to please loyal clients.

I love everything about the hotel the convenience then it was in the middle of everything grocery store restaurants everything it was 12 dollar Uber ride to whatever destination very clean and friendly staff. Love Panama will be back.

Decent Stay with a Few Setbacks – Great Location Our stay at Tryp by Wyndham Panama had its ups and downs. The biggest highlight was the location—it was very convenient for getting around the city and close to everything we needed. However, there were a few things that could’ve improved our experience. We didn’t have hot water during our stay, which was disappointing, especially after long days out. The rooms also could’ve been more soundproof; we could hear a lot of hallway and neighboring room noise, which made it harder to relax. Another thing that would’ve been a huge plus was access to a microwave. We ended up wasting a lot of food because there was no way to reheat leftovers, and the hotel couldn’t assist with that either. Despite these issues, the staff was courteous, and the stay met our basic needs. With a few upgrades, this hotel could be a much better option for travelers.
