The pool was fantastic, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, with a special mention to our bartender Adriano. The food overall was decent, though we found the offerings at the other hotel to be superior. We can’t comment on the specialty restaurants since we weren’t willing to wait over an hour to be seated. Unfortunately, the check-in process was chaotic and disorganized; it took ages for anyone to greet or assist us. The WiFi connection was unreliable at best and often didn’t work at all. Additionally, we scheduled an early morning excursion but never received our requested wake-up call, which nearly caused us to miss our trip—a major disappointment. Additionally, when we requested a birthday cake, the maitre’d didn’t inform us that it wasn’t possible—instead, our request was simply ignored.
