The property did not look like the pictures at all, it’s located in an extremely inconvenient area. The building looked like a renovated apartment building and reeked of bleach when we entered the room. So much so that we had allergic reactions and had to leave and they did not provide us a refund. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Never any one at the bar. Didn't tell me i can get coffee (help my self) rooms were fine as really did just sleep in it.. but wasn't clean very dirty under beds. Had hot water first night but didn't second. The hotel was very quiet most of the lights were off. As they must of been just using a certain floor. Which is a shame as really big hotel lovely outside area.. bout 30 mins from paris easy journey. If u use taxis use bolt cheap and quick.. but 15-20 euro to Paris.. staff were friendly but just not a nice atmosphere as was so quiet for such a big hotel but what do you expect wasn't expensive. So overall was happy with my stay.

The nearest metro station is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and the bus stop is only 2 minutes away. Most major tourist attractions can be reached within 20 minutes. While the property is a budget-friendly option, it does lack some basic amenities such as an electric kettle and minibar. Therefore, it may not be the most suitable choice for those traveling with young children.

restaurant shut even through they charge you for breakfast booked a suite to then be told after i arrive there was none available downgraded my room but still charged the same price as suite and got told to just separate the double bed into to single beds for me and my daughter when i went to room they hadn't cleaned it towels bedding etc everywhere on floor to then go in complain again to be put in other room in get told thats all they had so had no choice to take it.toilet seat broke no remote for tv list goes on and on basic hotel would not recommend

Avoidable and bare metal. for the price rooms had near nothing amenities. Rooms were old just bed and rest torn chair, dusty desk and broken lamps. Sinks take forever to clear water and so on. Paris overall have many places that are pricey but not worth cost due to basic services being unavailable. This is an example and why many other european cities have better hotels. Overall this was money wasted at property which provides nothing even basic in proper way. Wont recommend or rebook

The hotel can be a great experience if more care and attention is paid to details for eg, there was black dirt or stains in the grout. Also, the front desk staff told me that I could get a refund on the city tax at the airport since we had to pay it at the hotel but that was not so, much to my disappointment because I thought the price I paid Expedia.com was final

There was one man in the front desk who did a wonderful job, I wish I took jis name he had black dark hair. He did everything and worried about assisting everyone. The other guys he didn't care much about anything. The room was clean and beds confortable, but the elevator had spit for a couple of days. Far from the city center. The staff needs help!

Cleaning staff opened my door whileI was asleep, they should know when people haven’t checked out yet specially when is their last day, why would you clean someone’s room at 10am when check out is at 12??? Also breakfast was not replenished at all times and they still charge you 10euros,,, saw a what appears to be a roach on my bed sheets,,, 1st day of my stay , cleaning staff only empty trash cans and change bed sheets, the dead roach was still on the floor and also they did not pick up dirty cups ,,, terrible experience

The hotel does not feel like a three-star property. The floors are dirty, the rooms are shabby, and there was not even a bin/trash box in the room or bathroom. Some floors are renovated whereas others are in poor condition. It is also far away if you have a late night. That said, it is decent for a sleep.

When I arrived, they told me that my room did not exist and that the hotel was full, even though I had already paid. I later found out that they do this on a regular basis to guests – – it appears that they overbook the hotel. They blamed it on Expedia, even though Expedia had nothing to do with it. Really disgusting.
