Hard to figure out how to get to the hotel via the train. Not clear that a train is a shuttle and not a bus. Taken by airline mobility assistance to a bus stop where I waited an hour before finding out I had to use the CDG VAL. I have mobility problems and I was trying to walk with luggage. It was a very tiring experience and went right to bed and only got up for breakfast. Was to weary to go to Roissy!

A very good hotel to lodge. Proximity to the airport and availability of train shuttle to/from airport terminals made the hotel a unique location. However, room service would make the hotel a better place. Also, breakfast being served could be better than what was experienced.

Breakfast was really good and free. Shuttle service is convenient but I couldn’t use It on the way in because the hotel sent just a pretty nonsensical diagram and then didn’t answer when I tried to call to figure out where to go to catch it. Hotel itself is pretty dirty and rundown. My room reeked of smoke and as an asthmatic when I woke up I was feeling pretty terrible. The last straw was a spot of what looked like literal human blood on the door handle to the bathroom. If it wasn’t the middle of the night, I might’ve changed hotels.
