Great deal

Wonderful surprise. On front of hotel overlooking park. It was noisy but room reasonable size for Paris. Comfortable beds, and bedding. Great shower although small but well ordered bathroom. Excellent breakfast included in price we paid. Good Bistrot to left of hotel. Easy access metros

My girlfriend and I stayed last November 2024. We didn't mind the small size of the room. We only need a place to sleep at night. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with shopping nearby, a metro station, restaurants, and a safe area.

Staff were friendly. Easy to get to from Gard du Nord. Lots of restaurants around. Room was basic although clean. Bathroom could have done with a divider between the shower and the toilet. The main let down was the lack of a bar (that was advertised). As a young family, we like to play cards at night in the hotel. We were expecting to do this but weren’t able to. This impacted our overall satisfaction as the hotel was slightly mis-sold.

Well located property with very helpful and courteous front reception staff. Room was clean and adequate. Breakfast staff member was also very nice and breakfast was good. Overall very satisfied with our short stay.

This is the first time I’m facing with theft by hotel team - they throw away my flowers and when I returned to the flowers were not in the room. And refuse to admit this and compensate. Very strange. Very unpleasant issue while you are in holidays. Breakfast is very poor (maybe normal European one). Room in standard category is quite old and with tiny window, very unpleasant feeling like in coffin

The location was great but the Hotel is in serious need of a refurb. We stayed for 1 night as a family, 16 and 8 year old boys. The room was tiny, dated and looked like a dorm. The staircase and door to the room were grim.

Perfect spot to be in, with the metro just a short walk away. Boutique hotel so don’t expect anything big - but there was great customer service from the receptionists. There are a fair few restaurants and boulangeries nearby/within a short walk. Lift is very small and not suitable for wheelchair users. I got in there with two suitcases but my partner had to walk up the stairs.

Great location close to metro, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est - of course that meant that there was a fair amount of traffic noise. No air con and it was very warm during our stay. The room was tiny but it was clean and the rainfall shower was very good.

Experience was great at the hotel, staff friendly and welcoming. Only concern was that bathroom was dirty and that the holder for the toliet paper broke and a tile fell off the wall that was attaching the hook for the towels. Apart from this room was great
