I knew the room would be small but even this shocked me. I think there was 30cm space to walk on the side of the bed. The towel provided with our room was basically the size of a hand towel. It was so small. You must bring your own body wash or soap as this was completely watered down. (I wouldn’t have used it anyway). It is cheap but inconvenient in location and the shared showers made the hallway smell like Urine when you walk past!

cleaning disgusting, equip not working odd place

The advise did not make clear that the toilet was shared so I was not aware of that. Also the toilets was disgusting and the lights did not work properly. The rooms on my case I booked 2 was stinking cigarette and had a terrible noise in one of them from the air vent the other was okay and the rooms were cold and the radiator did not work properly was well so we felt cold all night we tried to complain on reception but the person did not seem too keen to help. Very disappointed I will make sure that I will pass this to everyone who ever intend to stay in there.

Like the area, Gennevilliers but was not aware it was a budget hotel with no supplies like towels etc. There was no hot water for 2 days and the weather was freezing. Front desk was helpful especially Manager Heri.

Good bye never AGAIN

1) the address in the listing was wrong so that was fun ubering to the hotel 🏨 2) there are only public bathrooms and showers. #GROSSS 3) he breakfast here was a joke. I feel scammed in staying here. I want my money back. Don’t stay here if you value pooping in your own hotel room or showering in privacy.
