We stayed for just 2 nights. The hotel is clean and in a good location, close to a nice pastry shop. Parking is on the side street. The reason we give ** is that the front desk never follows up on our complaint. The heater for temperature control and the towel dry rack are not working, and the hair dryer (which is very important for us, three ladies) stops working every minute (maybe a timer?). When we checked out, no one was at the front desk, so we just left and left a message through the lady with limited English who works in the breakfast room to inform the front desk.

The apartment was very clean and the property was well maintained. There were many restaurants within the area and a grocery store was only a block away.

Good property to stay outside Paris city, you can reach Paris in 20 min. The staff here is excellent, neat and clean rooms. Only area of concern is size of the room , we have mentioned we have a toddler with us but the size of studio room was quite packed , otherwise recommend place to stay.

We asked for an iron and it was not working. We asked for a different one and we were told they don’t have another one. It is a lot of noise and screams on the hallways until late hours of the night (past midnight) and nobody does anything about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Good for a night. Shower was difficult to get working , glass partition is dangerously loose in the bathroom, not enough towels, closet door hard to open and would come off the track. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding.

I had worst experience here. Initially they took 1 hour to check in later payment system didn’t work then I have to get cash and pay them. There is no hot water and air conditioning. They didn’t provide fan and also no room cleaning service daily. Have to change room with whole luggage since room doesn’t have hot water. Same thing with other room also. Suggest that please don’t choose this old apartment especially you are going with family.

Checking in was great the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the downfall was there were no hot water. It’s like you had a time limit to use hot water and I was travelling with five of my friends.

Toilet door was broken, bed was making cracking sound, kitchen wasn't clean, there wasn't enough cooking utensils, floor was too dusty looks like it wasn't been cleaned for weeks .
