Friendly, responsive and accommodating staff. Good location. Nice gym, especially by European standards. Room (we had a junior suite) was good, not outstanding - minimalist decor with nice lighting and comfortable linens. Bathroom was expectedly small but great Le Labo products.

Excellent hotel in a safe neighborhood. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable , newly remodel with adequate amenities. Staff are very helpful and friendly. many bus lines and the metro station are two minutes walk. We booked two rooms with city view and enjoyed our stay.
