With this location, you'll enjoy quiet and serenity, along with the ease of getting to all the attractions and activities! The free bus is also available to get you all around the area, including Park City Canyons, Deer Valley and Kimball Junction — you won't need a car!

This property has been recently remodeled and reflects an attention to detail. It offers a spacious 1,422 square feet and two levels of living space, with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms — all to easily accommodate up to six guests!

You will enter this gorgeous property through the front door or from the two-car garage (complete with boot warmers and storage). With either entry, you will step up right into the second level main living area with living room, kitchen, dining.

Living Room: The living room is wonderful gather space with mountain contemporary furnishings, a 65” Smart TV (Blu-Ray DVD), and a cozy gas fireplace. You will enjoy plenty of light, and a airy ambiance with the high ceilings and plentiful windows.

Kitchen: The kitchen space is a gourmet's dream and is fully equipped and features GE stainless steel appliances such as a four-burner electric range, stone countertops and a convenient kitchen bar with seating for four.

Dining Room: The dining area is large and offers seating for four. Enjoy the Juliette balcony with views of the ski resort and Old Town.
