My Second time staying at this hotel, staff is nice! Excellent breakfast! Good Location. Rooms are a bit outdated! The sink was a disaster, not draining well, and leaking water under the sunk profusely! I asked to be fixed but nothing happened!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. The breakfast was nice. The pool on the roof was great and there was a small gym, too. I would stay there again. One small complaint was that the bathroom collected a pool of water every time the shower was used due to the design of the bath.

Good Hotel

Good hotel in a very quiet street, close to Terminal 21 shopping mall. Staff are great. Breakfast could be better though, plenty of variety but most was cold.

Hotel is in a great location on the north side of Pattaya beach. Location is really good. 7 minute walk to the beach, 1 minute walk to Sai Song Rd, and also a 7 minute walk to Terminal 21 Shopping Mall Pattaya

I have to start by saying that the staff at Sunshine Hip were not only extremely pleasant and friendly, but very helpful when brought with any questions or concerns. They helped me with my visa extension documents and made the process that much easier! The property itself is very very clean, the internet is very reliable and fast, and the property itself is walking distance to basically everything. I recommend and will also be booking again upon my return :)

This hotel actually has a bathtub and a shower in the room, which I like. The rooms have microwave, and also a safe deposit box. The breakfast buffet is good and the staff are amazing especially Joy, Nooch, and Nadear.

Excellent location and staff

Arriving at the Hotel, you may not notice the undercover car parking in front of the entrance. This is very useful if you’re being dropped off when it’s raining. Checkin was quick. My room was spacious and quiet. Internet worked well as did the Air Conditioning. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff remembered my omelette order and work tirelessly to ensure the wide selection of breakfast items are topped up. I think the tv is mainly in Thai, but with reliable internet, I didn’t use the tv. Location is fantastic. Minutes walk to the beach or Terminal 21 or night markets and shopping opposite. The bar areas are far enough away that you won’t be affected by noise and traffic. I would definitely consider staying at this Hotel again.
