Stay too short!

Enjoyed our brief stay. Hoping to travel back this way and stay a bit long in the warmer weather! Staff is friendly and personable. Room was quiet and WARM! Loved the lodge feel and they had everything from workout room, pool and trails to walk. A place to kick back, relax and just breathe.

Amazing Lodge in Payson!

This lodge pleasantly surprised us with how up-to-date it was and all the amenities it provided for being outside of the city! The cabins were freaking adorable and the lodge provided so many things that I did not have to worry about forgetting something. Extra blankets in the room, the lineup of soaps in the bathroom, kitchen amenities, and the blackout curtains made the stay perfect as not a lot of hotels would think to provide them in such precision. We also loved the restaurant. Super kid-friendly, delicious food, and were very accommodating. The kids loved the creek and play areas too! The only improvements I would suggest are 1) provide a sheet listing the fun things families could do together as we did not realize what was at the lodge until we walked around, 2) Add a few staircases from the cabins to the creek. We had to walk down the rock wall which is dangerous for little kids. The slopes were far from where we were staying, so adding some staircases would add safety. Overall, loved it and we would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get away and relax!

Highly recommend this establishment.

I 💯% recommend this resort. Upon arrival, I was offered 1 of 2 rooms. Jennifer was very professional, friendly and understanding of my individual needs. She took me to an ADA room and also the exact room I reserved to let me decide which would suit us best. I chose the kitchenette. Our room came with apartment size refrigerator, 2 burner stovetop, king size bed, Very clean. Warm upon arrival. The staff was amazing. I would highly recommend this establishment to couples and families. They have beautiful grounds with many amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kohl’s Ranch Lodge. The lodge itself is very beautiful and located in an area with so much natural beauty and so many things to see and do. This was our first time staying at the lodge and we all agreed we’d like to return again soon. We had a separate cabin, which was just so beautiful, it had everything we needed, a full kitchen two TVs a fold out couch up back in front porch. The back porch faced a creek and beautiful cliffs, covered with trees. The outdoor swimming pool was clean and heated as was the hot tub. We ate several meals at the restaurant, service, pricing and quality was good. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in the area, it’s probably one of your best options.

Lovely cozy lodge

My best friend and i took an impromptu trip here for the weekend and it was great! The staff was very friendly, very helpful! The bed was so comfortable, and the room and lodge was the perfect temperature!
