Was great location. Ocean views. Quiet

This property exceeded expectations. Everything was as in the pictures. Karim & Frankie took excellent care of us with delicious homemade meals everyday. Sunsets on the deck were fantastic. The pool was stunning. Would stay here again!

Our group of five adults had a wonderful 10-day stay at Casa Cathleen in March. The villa is spacious, stylish, and perfectly suited for a family or group getaway. We loved the heated pool, the stunning views of downtown Cabo and the marina, and the incredible sunrises and sunsets from the spacious patio—perfect for morning coffee and evening margaritas.The location is great—close to town, though there are steps down to the property and then more steps going down to town. We appreciated the fun little bucket lift for part of the climb back up! We also rented a car and parked at the marina in the evenings, which made coming and going easy.The home had been rented for several months before us, so a few basics were missing (like hair dryers, bedroom lamps, and mirrors), but we let Mike, the owner, know and he was responsive and appreciative of the feedback. We’re confident he’ll continue to improve the guest experience.Fernando, the concierge, was outstanding—helpful, kind, and always available. He helped us with groceries, luggage, and even arranged a beautiful sunset cruise. Mary Lou, the housekeeper, did a great job cleaning every other day.Overall, we had a fantastic time at Casa Cathleen and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, scenic retreat in the Pedregal. With a few small updates, it’ll be even better!

The Ocean view was not as advertised, the spa was not functioning properly it did not heat the pool was not clean. The most important part was the the road was not meant to be traveled on with a small car, it was more suited for a high clearance 4 wheel drive. I mentioned this to the staff and informed that excess to the property was no reason for a cancellation refund. This property is not safe. I would highly recommend that Hotels.Com not represent this property. I opened a chat with Hotels. and never got a reply. We left after the first night and booked much nicer and safer hotel for the remainder of our vacation. I would request Hotels.Com help me resolve this issue.

Our group of 16 had a fantastic time at Casa Theodore. The house was exactly as advertised, and frankly, even more beautiful than expected. The view from the outdoor deck was out of this world. The staff was excellent - around just enough to help with anything we needed - but not overbearing in any way. The rooms were all very nice, spacious, and clean. The house had plenty of supplies for a short trip, and Rodolfo (the concierge) even brought us a coffee maker when we requested it. Working with Michael and Rachel was great throughout the booking and pre-arrival process. They answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. We don't just want to go back - we WILL be back!!
