Beautiful property with stunning views. Staff, Food and Drinks were great. Worth the money for a luxury stay.

The resort upin entering is very nice and the staff was very friendly and hospitable. The junior suite was smaller than ee thought, but the beds were comfy and room clean, however we paid for ocean view balcony and were told we had no balcony furniture and we could use our dining room furnitre from the inside and take it outside. The the pictures on the hotel.com website showed furniture but we had none...none of the standardbrooms did. This made it problematic when we wanted to dry out our suits and sarongs. We had no place to put them as it took away our seating. Ok the biggest issue were the bird's around the only place to eat a meal at breakfast and lunch at the Buffet. You coukd eat at pool snack bar but thatsvall it was. At the buffet the outsude dining was dirty with bird poop and 20 to 30 pigeons plus small birds perched on rafters and decorative wall dividers waiting swooping and swarming over a table. At one point there were so many pigeons on the table top fighting for scraps. The chairs of a set table are often dirty and each time i would request a differnt chair abd seat due to bird feces on the chair or gounds near me. Some waitstsff would squirt a water bottle to move them but that creates chaos and filth. It is a huge problem. The hitol maintenance staff neexs to putnup spikes or some apparatus along the rafters and other perk areas to discourage and move the birds along. Most staff were nice and friendly. Its was a calm fun hotel.

Stunning views; beautiful, walkable beaches; property grounds are lush and romantic; rooms are spacious and impeccably furnished. The ambience throughout the resort is quiet and elevated. The staff is service oriented and attentive. The experience here is very memorable and special. Be prepared for the high food and drink prices, which are not always justified by the food quality.
