W401- is a beautifully decorated tropical paradise on the 4th floor of Eden. New updates include new beautiful tile in the living, kitchen, and bathrooms; the master bathroom has been updated and the kitchen has been updated. Great location within the complex providing easy elevator access. Enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf and pool from both the living area and the master bedroom, both with balcony access. A 55" flat panel HD/TV with DVD in living room plus a wet bar with wine cooler. The master bedroom has a king bed, large flat panel HD/TV, and large adjoining bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen sized bed and twin bunk beds with an adjacent bath with double sinks. This property has recently been completely updated with granite counters, new cabinets and appliances. All properties at Eden are non smoking and have a washer and dryer. This property also offers wireless internet. NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON BALCONY

The building and unit itself have an outdated feel about it. The unit was nice. Not the best I've been in but not the worst either. Everything worked, couch was comfortable and it was roomy for our family of five. The pool was the highlight of this property. It's really nice. Everything

Weekend get away.

Had a Great Time at Eden.. We decided to take a last minute summer trip and picked it because we were looking for something with a nice pool too. The location was great being next to state park area because beach was not packed. Make sure to get extra toilet paper and paper towels when buying groceries and buy some better trash bag for the trash compactor. Beds and bathrooms were nice… would definitely go back again..

Eden is my happy place.

Comfortable, love the convenience to the elevator. The pool is the best around period. I look and compare with other condos and always come back to Eden. Staff is friendly and helpful, just can't say enough about Eden. My happy place.
