Location is great. The room had issues with commode not flushing, and shower leaking. We had to change rooms. And it is pricy. Beach towel policy is managed with a card which is a hassle.

The hotel is dated, but still very clean. The views from the ocean front rooms were perfect. We both thought the beds were very comfortable. Some staff was great others not so much. No guarentee you will get a float for the lazy river, so you might want to bring your own. Bring your own beach chairs if you can, save some money.

The front desk service was very nice, however everything else was lacking attention. The lobby door to the pool is very hard to open. The towel lady was very hard to find, i had to take multiple trips until i finally got the towels. The pool needs better service, the walls and decor areas have algae. The restaurant has very slow service, only one waitress. The room had dirty floors and the ac unit was extremely loud, i had to turn it off so i could sleep.
