The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Bryan at the front desk really exceeded my expectations in helping me to be safe and to help me with directions. His attitude is superb and he should be very valued.
Super spacious and lovely suite! There’s no heater. Only concern was mold underneath the sofa bed mattress (we’re assuming from the cold) and the couch smelled like urine in one specific spot. Other than that the room was very clean! Enjoyed the area that it was in, lots of food, drinks, and was a short walk to the beach.
Front desk staff very friendly and polite. Awesome customer service. Room was cleaned, and had everything we needed. Two bedroom suite was comfortable and spacious.
The hotel was nice. It just started a renovation the day we checked in. My only complaint is there was no room service. When we asked for more wash clothes, there were none available. All I ever really want when I stay at a hotel is for fresh towels daily.
The room was nice and updated! I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were very professional! When I checked in Lee was very courteous and knowledgeable. Upon checking out Mrs. GiGi was very courteous as well. And I commend Kenneth the house keeping supervisor for making sure the rooms are up to part! This was our second time staying and definitely won’t be the last!
The staff was nice but the room wasn't clean and needed a lot of work. It doesn't seem like they prioritize keeping up with the rooms. The floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, the ceiling in the bathroom is falling apart, the light fixture in the bathroom is rusted horribly, the sofa and ottoman are dirty and have stains, there's a hole in the a/c unit and electrical tape holding the door together for the a/c settings, etc.
Our stay was for one night for medical purposes. Brother had partial corneal transplant at Sacred Heart. And with next day follow up. Live in Lynn Haven Fl. 2 1/2 hours away. Excellent staff at the front desk very friendly, kind , and helpful.
