Limited beach space due to chair rentals. Internet did not work the whole week. Pool noise was incredibly loud. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. Slow wake was great.

The beach view was wonderful! We had a leaky air conditioner and our room was flooded! The rattling noise was horrible! Kept us up all night. My husband had to wedge cardboard in the cracks to stop it from making a horrible rattle...the large pool was was filthy and the deck surrounding was so messy from the night before...dirty cups and water bottles...chairs were dirty..the towel guy was good at providing for the area...we had to use the pool net to clear water from debris! They compensated us with free parking $40 which we will take...they did offer another romm on 3rd day but we said we'll stay where we are for 2 more nights....anyway, we won't go back!

This was our second stay at Wyndham Gardens and we were just as please as the first time we stayed there. Absolutely love the cleanliness of the entire area; the rooms, the pool, the beach. The staff is very nice and helpful. Love the on-site restaurants. Highly recommended!

Elevator was broken when we got there and the card machine was too Had to walk up and down 7 flights of stairs to see my my daughters families. Other than that tge stay was fine. The food in the restaurant could use a bit more flavors but very big portions for the price.

One of the queen beds in our first room had linen with what appeared to be menstrual blood and ehe Air Conditioner in that room in Building C and our luggage got wet. Then we had to pay extra to upgrade to a room in building D, third floor. but the elevator in that building was broken for the remainder of our visit.

Very wet room

The place is a little dated and needs some tlc, the room was wet. The floors were wet the walls were sweating water . It smelled moldy . I paid for a room with a balcony but can’t use it because the ac exhaust is right there . It’s like sitting outside with a heater on full blast . I told front desk room was wet and they told me turn ac on 69 . With the condensation/ wet the sheets were wet and I had a bag goldfish they even got soggy lol . It was the weirdest thing . My clothes in my suitcase felt wet . The staff was nice and the room was clean but no way I’d go back here . They gotta deal with that condensation.

Upon arrival, elevator was broken. They said fixed in a day, left early on Thursday and elevator still not working. Room was half the size as advertised in pictures, bathroom was very small, single sink, no room for a couple to use at same time. Very noisy all night, walls thin! I gave 3 stars for the bed and the cleaning lady! Linens and towels were daily and plentiful. The water was gross and full of floating seaweed, sand wasn’t cleaned around beach. You would find cigarette butts and debris from previous days.
From our balcony. This was called the Bahama Suite, smallest room I have ever had anywhere.
The water looked like this daily. It never cleared, unless you were sitting at the surf edge in a few inches of water.

Nice room and pools but definitely needs exterior updates. I would stay again. I recommend this property. The smoking policy at these hotels and condos is ridiculous though. Where are smokers supposed to smoke? Not being able to smoke on the balconies is silly, but it's ok to get sloppy drunk all over the property. Maybe I don't wanna smell and see alcohol everywhere but anyway. The smoking policy needs tweaking. Vapors all over the property vaping but we can't smoke. Since when did smoking become a felony? Lol . 10 dollars a day to park at this property.
