We were offered a room for disabled persons although we had booked 3 weeks in advanced and arrived 3 hours early for which they were going to charge an extra £30 to which l refused to pay, although we were told the room was ready. On checking in 3 hours later i was told my car was not registered although i had a receipt for £30. When we arrived in the room the heating did not work and the telephone to contact the reception did not work also, the only way to contact the reception was via the website. The bathroom was in need of updating and redecoration. It seems all the area's such as reception and communal area's were dressed up but behind the scenes needs updating badly. Very disappointing visit would not recommend to anyone.

Bastante promedio el hotel para el costo. Nada relativamente especial. Hay mucha gente todo el tiempo los elevadores lentos y llenos. Además por guardar mi equipaje en lo que era la hora de mi vuelo me cobraron por maleta. El metro está accesible pero no tiene elevador por si llegas con maletas es complicado. Mejor la zona de Paddington.

Nice large room comfy bed excellent breakfasts Well run hotel with almost a thousand rooms! Great staff - it was just the horrific price that left a bad taste in my mouth! I never dreamed that I would ever have to pay that much money to stay in a hotel!!!!!

Found it difficult to sleep due to a smell of smoke. The walls were paper thin, so we were able to hear a full conversation next door, which was not great at 2am! Plus the aircon made us feel sick, waking up in the morning, tired, ill and completely bunged up
