The staff here are wonderful, very friendly and kind. Special thanks to the check-in staff, the doorman, and the wait staff in the Irish Bar.
We stayed in an accessible room on the mezzanine floor which, unfortunately, was a little disappointing when compared with the rest of the hotel. Although the room was spotlessly clean, the decorations were tired, with a huge hole in the bathroom door where there had obviously previously been a hoist. There was no shower curtain, and no wardrobe or hanging rail for clothes. I understand that some sacrifices have to be made in an accessible room but that does seem like an oversight.
I would still give the hotel five stars though as, apart from the niggles with the room, we had a wonderful stay. We will definitely return.
