Stephanie, front desk staff was truly concerned and upset when our room request for a total clean was ignored not once but twice. On check in, request for second night was set, yet never occurred. Sadly, the hotel is not staffed for appropriate client requests.

The view from our room was worth the room fee. Parking is directly across the street - note: the parking entrance is not well marked. We drove past it twice. We could see the ballgame, river and bridges - beautiful! This is an old building with lots of charm, including minor wear and tear - leaky faucets, minor peeling of wall paper, etc. Nothing that reduced our delight in the overall stay. It was clean and the staff was very attentive and helpful. We will definately stay here again.

Renaissance Pittsburgh

I’ve always enjoyed staying at The Renaissance for the convenience to many activities and restaurants. This trip I was a little disappointed, first because the door entering our room was sticking, it was very difficult getting in and out. My son and I were there a few nights so we managed. Secondly, when taking a shower the tub didn’t drain well so I found myself standing in water, this should not happen. I mentioned these items to the front desk attendant as we checked out, hopefully corrections will be made for the next guest. The view was absolutely amazing and as always the level of comfort was exceptional. My son and I enjoy staying here when we come to Pittsburgh, hopefully these issues will be resolved before we return next year.

What a Beautiful building! All of staff that we encountered smiled, were helpful, and seemed genuinely happy. Just a short walk across the bridge to PNC Park.

The location was great because we were down the street from the ballpark. I thought the room would have had more space. We did have spiders in our room, but the front desk guy offered to kill the spiders or switch us rooms. Overall we had a good experience

Amazing !

Stayed 2 Nights - During Picklesburg (Unintentionally - Lol). . Amazing Location! The Bar Downstairs Has The Best Bartenders & Fair Prices. Parking Garage Is Right Across The Street - Valet Is Also Available But I Didn't Find It Necessary. Housekeeping Brought Extra Towels Without Us Having To Ask. ONLY Complaint Is It Isn't Very Noise Friendly; We Could Hear Outside Activities & Our Neighboring Room & Anyone In The Hallway.
