The room had broken shades on lamps. The couch pull out mattress only had a very rough blanket that looked very old. I went down to get a different blanket but only one that they could find was an old rough blanket. If I come back to Omaha I would not select this hotel. With the price expected more.

Just an incredible town but wish parking was more clear as confusing when a garage practically connected isn’t the hotel garage and extra fee for hotel garage not in literature. Great breakfast. Love the historical part but wish little cheaper. Stayed again recently for Omaha in Iowa but would have stayed here again if met price point.

High rise, downtown hotel, limited drop off and pickup parking out front,but easy paid parking just across the street. Decent breakfast and sitting area as well as outdoor patio {unless it's raining). Hotel public areas seems to have a musty smell,but rooms fine.

Booked here because it had free shuttle which we wanted to use to and from the airport, called before we left to set up, told just call when arrive which we did only to be told there is no shuttle it was broken down

Excellent place to say in downtown Omaha, specially if visiting Creighton University or UNO. Public parking garage available close by at a small rate. Decent breakfast buffet included which is a great plus. Great for families with kids or for businesses trips.
