My stay at this hotel was extremely good, my family and me travel quite often and it is always difficult to find a hotel that is clean as it should be, here in Candlewood the cleanliness has been incredible, the beds are super comfortable, honestly I would give them 10 stars. So during my travels I will continue to book here.

Check-in time was supposed to be at 3 PM, but even by 6 PM our room still wasn’t ready because there were no clean rooms available. The front desk informed us they couldn’t check us in and couldn’t provide an estimated time, claiming they were short on housekeeping staff. What were we supposed to do—wait around or sleep in our car until they figured it out? Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great choice!

Traveling for an event at the fairgrounds the hotel was very convenient as it’s one exit away many many food options in the area as well as Walmart and grocery stores. Front desk was very accommodating and read any of my notes and request our arrival one of the places Candlewood, I’ve stayed at
