Great location for a quick night stop on a trip. Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Would stay again!

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, even fixing a toilet handle promptly. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

Immaculate rooms, hallways, and lobby spaces. The coffee and lemonade bar in the lobby was fantastic. Quite a selection of flavored syrups for each.

The hotel staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful! This Hotel also had a great selection at their continental breakfast! Very nice facility and great location if in the Wooster area!

There was no power and it was too late to book elsewhere. We were in town for a conference so it was a quick trip but we booked here for the breakfast. There was no breakfast other than some fruit on a table. Understandable since there was no power however, they did not offer us any compensation. The heat wore off and some of our group asked for more blankets, no staff came and brought blankets or snacks or drinks to make the accommodations better since there was no lighting, no vending, no elevator. Very odd. You would think the manager would be there making sure those stuck there were still taken care of to the best of their ability. I did message the hotel regarding this directly.
