Liked that the floor in the room had no carpet! The bed hard,pillows could be retired for new ones. Breakfast at 7:45 was less desirable. The syrup container was a sticky mess, the waffle batter ‘dripped’ out. I noticed the front desk girl was also overseeing the breakfast of which she paid no attention to it.

Not handicap friendly!!! Not easy handicap parking. No handicapped room with two beds one for my caregiver! Elevator broken, only option was the stairs to the 2nd floor. I'm handicapped and this was very difficult!!! THEN I cut my finger on the metal corner trim trying to stand up in the NON handicapped bathroom! Seriously! Staff were nice but they couldn't give a discount, mainly because I ordered my room through Expedia! Not ADA friendly!! Do better!! I have a video of you want to see it! Heather Stephenson
