I recently had an unfortunate experience with West . My mother and I booked a stay, but upon arrival, we were informed that I could not check in because of age restrictions. While I understand the need for policies regarding age, it was disappointing that we were not informed about this ahead of time. Additionally, our request for a refund was denied, which added to our frustration. It would have been helpful if the hotel had better communication regarding their age policy before we arrived. Overall, I left feeling unhappy with our experience and would recommend that the hotel reassess their customer service approach. ⸻ Feel free to adjust any specifics to better match your experience!

No hot water..they said only 1 hot water tank to sevice 7 floors.. let it run for 15 min and you will get it..nope.. and the water smelled bad coming out of shower.. only 1 ice machine so no ice either..staff was nice but establishment was very poor..

The beds were the best part…comfy….parking on -existent. No coffee out in afternoon. Tried ice machine, didn’t work at all. Breakfast was terrible, eggs cold, coffee cold and nasty. 1 staff checking people in took 30 min. No help directions to Wells-Fargo. Overall disappointing experience for a 192.00 stay. Hampton Inn so much better experience. Couldn’t stay there due to a gas leak.

The staff was fantastic, they made me feel at home I know the carpet was very old so you can’t notice if it us clean but I certainly want to put a 5 starts review to the personnel but specially this staff member with name “ ARNEISHA “ she resolved in seconds every request I did, both by phone and by present, really helpful, and it give me a fantastic stress relief stay so great !!! I will say she was the best overall but in general all the staff were fantastic!!! Thank you so much for the great breakfast and stay … my show was less stressful because of you guys thank you !!!!
