The rooms are very gloomy and dark. There aren't enough lights or lamps and the ones that work are mismatched with bulbs. Feels like you're in a hospital waiting room. The back of the room towards the window was very dark (even though the curtains were open). And there are ALWAYS people loitering in front of the front doors.

At check in they did not have record of my reservation that was made 30 days prior and did not have any available rooms. No other hotels that were close had rooms either. Total waste of time and money!!

We spent the night locked out of our room due to a key card issue. While the front desk and security “tried” to fix the issue by giving us another room,(that came with a leaky toilet, drain flies and a refrigerator filled with someone’s leftovers) our things remained locked in our room. They simply expected us to wait until the next day on their time while we missed connecting with friends for drinks and then again for brunch. I also note that my diabetic husband remained without his medication. I am even more upset by the manager trying to make us feel bad that she had to call someone in the next morning. I guess she missed it was her failure of her facility that caused this. Not to mention that we were told she’d be in by 8 AM and that wasn’t the case. We were promised a refund for the night but it simply doesn’t come close to covering the other costs we had that evening that was supposed to be a special night out. I’m still amazed that as customers, we were treated like we were a bother after putting up with a nine hour lock out.
