A picture says a thousand words. Unfortunately, that is the case for this listing. We pulled up and our first impression was not good. The house next to the listing was boarded up and full of trash. After getting inside we had two men coming up to the door asking for the man who rents the house. The front door did not latch properly and that was a fear throughout the night that someone would be able to get into the house. I have never felt unsafe in all the VRBO’s that I have rented. Sadly, this was not the case in this rental. The refrigerator and pantry were full of used food. One towel per room. No hand towels or wash clothes. I would not recommend this rental.

We travelled to Philly for a girls trip/concert. The place is clean and has ample room for hanging out. Everything was within a short uber trip or the trolley system pick up right around the corner. The host was very communicative with questions and small issues we had.

This is a charming house in a funky neighborhood with several cool shops and restaurants within walking distance. Super close to public transportation. The house was actually larger than we had expected. Plenty of space for six people. Josh was very responsive and check in was easy.

New Years Eve

The stay was amazing. The house was so beautiful. Everything was just like the pictures. The host was fast with replying to my messages. The house is very spacious. We was able to have a great New Year’s Eve. The block itself is super quiet. Found parking right in front of the door of the property. Can’t wait to book again.
