Staff was great but honestly this was the worst Wyndham I have ever stayed at and I generally like Wyndham's. It looks like it has not been remodeled in decades. On the plus side, my room was quite spacious.

The staff were kind and helpful, the lobby was clean. Room was clean aside from a small corner in the bathroom. Breakfast is served early, I missed it but they have complementary coffee & tea in the room. Parking is in a parking garage right next to the hotel, you pay $30 for 1 day. 7.5/10

We paid for a Deluxe King room with a chair and did not get one. We called the front desk and were told it was a Deluxe room just a smidge smaller so the chair would not fit. It was a whole chair smaller not a smidge. The bed was not king. We sleep on a king at home and this bed was definitely smaller. If you have a deluxe room rate the rooms need to be the same. First pic is what we paid for. Second pic is what we received. You can clearly see there is a difference in size. We should not pay the same for a smaller room. No luggage rack so suitcase had to go on the floor which there was not a lot of. Street traffic noise was very loud. When reserving the room, there was no mention that it is $40 a day to park your car. After complaining at checkout, they gave us back $40 on parking.

This hotel is ideal for walking downtown. The staff are helpful, friendly and professional. Good value for your money. Would definitely stay here again.

PRO: Flowers out front very pretty. Lobby seemed neat and clean. Beds were comfortable. A/C and heat worked well. Room was very quiet. Location great - close to where we needed to be. CON: housekeeping needs to be better. Straw wrapper under bed that was not ours. Dust on circular bedposts that sit on the floor. Outside every room door the carpet corners seemed very dirty/dusty. Furniture chipped amd large fabric chair was very frayed.
