I was not enamored with the kiosk check in and self-service key creation. My bathroom sink maxed out at a trickle. Truly, I would have liked a clock in the room.

My previous stay I was charged for snack items that were never touched which was unsettling & a hassle to get resolved. This stay I took pictures of the snack area when I arrived & as I was checking out. I would strongly advise people to check their account statements for miscellaneous charges. Also, their "loyalty program" is non-existent. Both reservations & hotel management take zero ownership for perks they publish online. Otherwise I find the hotel conveniently located & comfortable for a quick stay.

This hotel is definitely not all that for all the run around they have u doin just to stay there, 100 buck hold for a hotel that not even on at high end level, the power was out for a few hours, tv didn’t work, had me and my wife standin in the cold just to get in to check in.
