The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall with lots of food options. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable. Good breakfast, with waffle maker.

Broken window on second floor

Bed comfortable. Room clean. We were in room 227. The window was stuck open about 4 inches. No screen. The window was off the track stuck in open position. It was about 20 degrees that night. We had the heater on, so it was not a big deal. But when we reported it to the front desk, he just said "ok". He didn't ask what room we were in or show any concern for safety if the patrons staying in the room. Just be aware, if you have children and stay on the second floor, there is a window stuck open.

The side entrance didn't require a card swipe to enter the building. Anyone could walk in, no security measures. The elevator was broken, but no one offered to help us take luggage to our rooms or was seen even trying to restore the elevator service.

Not worth the money. Avoid.

The hotel staff was friendly. It stops there. Aged and dated facility, worn carpeting. The elevator was out of order and the stair wells were dirty, chipped paint, There were no block out curtains or shades , so sunlight entered the room. The place is not well kept. Will post on social media platforms
