My business partner and I stayed 2 nights. The property is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities needed, including a nice gym and work spaces. Across the board, the service was exceptional -- everyone was professional, friendly, going above and beyond, and who you could tell were passionate about their jobs -- from Chris at the front desk who provided us with great restaurant recos to Dana and all the servers we encountered at The Bauer. Kudos to the culinary team on great menus and execution...we had delicious meals at both breakfast and dinner. I look forward to staying there again. Keep doing what your doing! It doesn't go unnoticed.

We stayed for one night on a brief family trip. The hotel was newer and in very good condition. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The $85 to valet park was more than I have ever paid elsewhere. The front desk was unable to give change for a $20 bill to tip the valet attendant. There’s a local favorite breakfast spot right next door.

Walking distance from the train station and three blocks away from the popular Reading Market and Chinatown. Very convenient. One block away from thr City Hall. Front desk Manager Catherine was very helpful and friendly. Would come and stay again.

First arrived to room and tried to shower and the shower floor overflow into the entire bathroom. Complained to front dress desk twice the didn’t explain that maintenance was in break. We were in a rush to attend a concert. Came back to the room later that evening around 12 and had to be moved out our room in the middle of the night bc the problem wasn’t resolved.

Everything about this hotel - except the bathroom toilet not flushing very well, but I'm really grasping at straws! - was fantastic. I was really pleased to be upgraded to a suite upon arrival and was very comfortable in my room. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and well-lit and the amenities - mini fridge, coffee maker, safe, etc. - were all very convenient and I liked that they were hidden away in a dresser. The location was also fantastic and I felt safe and secure there despite the bustle of city life around me. Finally, the food was absolutely amazing at the bar downstairs. Would definitely eat there again even not staying at the hotel.

I am the Director of Reentry Services for EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute in Cleveland, Ohio and I travel a lot across the country offering a free education in hospitality. This means I can be particular about service. While the entire stay was amazing I want to specifically spotlight Chris J. We arrived early and he was extremely welcoming. He got us checked in and offered to store our luggage until the room was ready. He promised to contact us as soon as it was ready and he did just that. Additionally he offered directions and suggestions for things in the area to do while we waited including where we can get a great cheese steak and we were not disappointed. I am sure we will visit Philadelphia soon and we will definitely be back at the courtyard.
