The property is on the decline. The positives: It’s in a decent location and is accessible to a major highway. It sits across from a mall and several chain restaurants are nearby. The negatives: The property is rundown and unclean. The air conditioning units are noisy and pre-set. Achieving a consistent, comfortable temperature in your room is difficult. I was in a King suite and it was rundown, noisy, and slightly uncomfortable. The bath towels and tp are of low quality. The interior is atrium style and each floor overlooks a bar/lounge area that gets very loud during the evenings and sound carries due to the layout. The bar serves a limited, overpriced and there is no room service. The front desk staff was disinterested at check-in. No greeting, no explanation of where elevators are located, breakfast hours, where elevators are located (it’s a large property), not even an “enjoy your stay”. I am a Hilton Rewards member and I have stayed in many Doubletrees. I recognize customer service in the hospitality industry has taken a sharp hit following COVID, but this was very disappointing. Truthfully, I would be more than willing to pay considerably more for better quality and better service.

The room is starting to show it age. The wallpaper is curling in spots and needs to be reglued. They usually give one firm and one softer pillow, on the king size bed, all 4 pillows were hard. The remote didn't work for the tv.

In the evening, there was loud noise coming from the wedding venue inside the hotel, and even in the middle of the night there were people making noise in the rooms next door and in the corridors, so it was very noisy.

Our stay is always good, but they raised the price of the breakfast offerings and took away the daily free coffee for guests. The staff is very nice and welcoming. This is my go to hotels, whenever my family and I make this trip two to three times per year. The mall is across the street, with Boscov's, chick-fil-a, shake shack, Honey grow, Miller's Ale house and other eateries, Legoland and Dave and Busters. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was big and cozy. The bathtub was clogged upon showering as the water wasn't going down, at a regular pace... and their were a lot of noisy and drunk guests on a lot of the different floors, lobby and parking area, during our stay. Regardless, it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel has gone down hill. Dirty carpets. No coffee. No warm cookies. Breakfast not worth 20.00. Front desk staff were helpful. We loved Khalia who works breakfast. She is hardworking, helpful, very pleasant attitude, and her smile is genuine.
