Biggest issue was parking and deposit - I asked if there was free parking and told no. Then told it would come out of my deposit and outside there is an area in parking lot that had an entrance you needed to enter codes for and area with signage that said pay using QR code or be towed. We paid on the QR code and I asked if it would double charge me and told yes (how idk bc I never gave them my license plate #) and told to email a copy of my receipt for parking. After 5 business days with no deposit returned I called and told they would issue refund for $50 parking ($25 per night) since it absolutely was out of my deposit and would take another 5-7 business days. Still not refund back yet for the other $150. ($200 deposit on top of hotel cost) Dirty spots in room, mold spots, no free parking, no free WiFi, no fridge or microwave, AC on the last leg, lamp kept glitching off, ok bed, sink and tub water pressure very low and didn’t drain well, no free continental breakfast.
