Bed sheet and bed was stained, hair and dirt were in all corners of the floor. Our bathroom light didn’t work and the smell in the room was aweful. THERE WERE MICE FECES inbetween the bed and the box spring, DISGUSTING… Not worth saving the money, I slept in my car

Disgusting and nasty!!!

Had to call 3 times for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport taking around an hour , when we arrived ,there was a very sketchy individual in the office having a conversation with the front desk attendant, she immediately left the office . Then we got to our room the room smelled so bad like cigarettes and mold absolutely disgusting . No trash can in the room stains on the towels stains all over the sheets not sure if they were clean or dirty , when we asked if we could change rooms we were told no more were available . So we asked about a refund so we could go somewhere else and we were told no because of the 24 hour cancelation policy , but this was a different situation. Then we asked if we could at the very least get clean sheets and towels and we were told no the housekeepers were gone for the day and front desk didn’t have access to them. We completely lost our money had to pay an Uber and find another place to stay! This place is nothing like the pictures online!! I would consider it a roach motel or something to that nature definitely not worth the price they are charging!! Nothing like the description or photos !!

Wow. The property management team for this hotel should be ashamed. It was absolutely disgusting. Nearly none of the listen amenities were available (microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, restaurant, the list goes on). Filthy bathroom, floor, sheets, walls. Huge patches of mould in the shower. Smelled like weed, cigarettes, and pet urine. The staff was nice and helpful though. Airport shuttle was on time. I did not turn the lights off.

You get what u pay for It was worst motel I ever attempted to stay in I left after 1 hr. To be honest it’s a motel where I’m sure people don’t stay over night and the only way I would of stayed overnight would be if I were deceased

Horrible and unsafe

Horrible place!! Very old, rust in shower, no shower curtain, locks did not work on doors, Bed hard and uncomfortable. The night manager saved me by getting another room where locks worked and searched entire hotel for shower curtain and hair dryet
