I was very disappointed with the condition of the room during my stay. Upon entering, the first thing I noticed was an office chair, which made the room feel unprepared for guests. The bed was in unacceptable condition — there was visible hair on the sheets, making it appear as though the bed had already been used. The pillow had a yellow stain, and the blanket covers were worn out and filled with holes. The bathroom door was damaged, and the ceiling showed clear signs of disrepair. Additionally, the window curtain was old and barely covered the window, offering very little privacy. On a positive note, the staff was courteous and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, despite their good service, the room conditions did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance standards.

Whole the young pady cheching is is was professional, the quantity of the hotel was not! Cob webs hanging from the light fixtures, room with dirty sticky dloors, smell of smoke throughout, bathrooms while may have been wiped downs was still very dirty I wouldnt even wipe my hands with the towels. And the mold on the boxsprings, I chose to sleep in my car, than stay at a place like that. Absolutely disgusting.

Not terrible, but I never received any communication about how I mixed the date up and put it for the wrong night I called a dozen times and left messages I didn’t even go lastnight like I wanted to but there was a death in my family and it turned things upside down and they didn’t offer a credit or even if they kept half but they wouldn’t do anything. I understand it says no refunds but this falls in a gray area I don’t think would’ve hurt anyone to offer me
