Broken lighting for the mirror. Only one chair for the whole room. But the worst was the bedding! The mattress protector doesn’t fit AT ALL, and the unfitted sheets aren’t big enough to properly wrap the mattress. So the mattresses are FILTHY! I will give props to the staff - they were all extremely courteous and pleasant!

Fourth time I've stayed here and third consecutive year for an annual fall convention. Love the location and it's one of the best rates in the city for a Marriott property. Last year we had a valet issue; not paying attention; didn't acknowledge us for a good while. The lobby constantly smelled of weed. Still gave it another go this year. Person who checked me in Thurs. night was fantastic & friendly; I had a new Marriott Bonvoy card that I scanned for incidentals & also planned to pay with (cc on file at Expedia, where I made booking had since expired; this is relevant for later). On Fri. a.m. before I left for con, I let the desk agent know room was out of conditioner. He said OK, but didn't seem like he was truly paying attention. (Lobby smelled of weed again.) When I returned, room was made up, so I assumed housekeeping made bed/replaced towels because they were already in the room to replenish the conditioner. But no conditioner! When we checked out Sun., I asked agent (same one w/ conditioner), if my payment went through or if he needed the card again. He mansplained that I booked on Expedia. Told him I knew that & reiterated that I chose to pay on-site -- and that card was expired and I'd given a new one upon check-in. Told me AGAIN that I used Expedia. Well that evening I got a receipt; I was indeed charged onsite w/ my new card, as I thought. I did NOT appreciate being talked down to. Finally, reading lights (Rm 906) DO NOT work on their own, which defeats purpose.

I like to recognize Lesley/GRA from our previous stay whom was so very helpful! 10+stars for finding a small black bag in our room in October then emailing me, and returning the bag to me when we stayed in November.
